Ben is a Conveyancing Executive and currently qualified to Associate level with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, through which he will become a fully qualified lawyer within the next two years, having already completed three years of study.
Ben has worked solely in residential conveyancing for 5 years and acts for a variety of clients, first-time buyers, families on the move, dealing with both sales and purchases, transfers of equity and leasehold sales, to date ranging from a value of a couple hundred thousand pounds to two million pounds.
As well as excellent technical knowledge, Ben prides himself in having meticulous attention to detail and a desire to provide excellent client care.

- Changes of Ownership
- Repayment of Help-to-Buy loans
- Advising on Restrictive Covenants and/or Easements
- Applications for First Registration of title at HM Land Registry
