Rob is passionate about business and giving staff the opportunity to achieve their very best in the pursuit of providing excellent advice coupled with customer care of the highest standard.
Rob, the firms Managing Partner is a solicitor and business owner and has enjoyed more than 30 years in the legal sector. He has represented thousands of clients, dealing with a wide variety of cases including Court of Appeal matters, run law firms and advised executive boards on developing strategic plans for sustained growth and development, consistently delivering successful outcomes with an excellent ability to direct and lead businesses, build strong relations with staff, key stakeholders and clients.
For individuals, requiring legal assistance, as part of NBB Law, Rob is able to ensure that clients have the right lawyer representing their needs and he is always directly available if a client of the business wishes to discuss any aspect of their matter with him personally.
Rob is also the firm’s Compliance Officer for Legal Practice and for Financial Administration.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending family time with his wife and three children and supporting them in their various activities as well as finding time to read, learn and share time and experiences with friends and family and supporting good causes.
Rob is also a very keen supporter of the Princes Trust and spends time mentoring young entrepreneurs on the Enterprise Programme as well being a member of the Princes Trust West Midlands Development Committee.
